Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Muscovy (the 'Service'), provided by Muscovy ('we', 'us', 'our'). IMPORTANT: This Service is provided as a demo for evaluation and development only. Do not enter real personal data or sensitive information. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Acceptance and changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated 'Last updated' date and, where appropriate, notified via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age permitted by applicable law to use this demo Service. Do not use the Service to provide or process personal data of children. We do not intend to host real production data in this demo.

Demo project notice

The Service is a demo environment for evaluation and testing. Security, retention, and operational practices may differ from production. Data entered into this demo may be accessible to developers, testers, or third-party test service providers. Do not enter real personal data, sensitive personal data, payment card information, or any information you would not want exposed.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason in our discretion.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (friendship books, questions, answers, memories, messages, photos, audio). By submitting content, you grant Muscovy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service, and to use it for testing and improvement in the demo environment.

Prohibited conduct

You must not: (a) use the Service to upload real sensitive personal data or unlawful content; (b) harass, stalk, threaten, or discriminate; (c) attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization; (d) interfere with the Service, bypass security, or attempt to reverse-engineer the system; (e) use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam.

Privacy and cookies

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. This is a demo instance — do not rely on demo-level privacy or security.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Muscovy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party terms or content. Review third-party terms before using their services.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MUSCOVY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE DEMO SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED EUR 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Muscovy and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Demo data may be retained or deleted at our discretion.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you specify when deploying the Service — replace this with your chosen governing law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Muscovy regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
